Civil Architecture: It has a baroque style the fronts have symmetric elements, over the door you can see the national coat of arms and a reproduction of the Dolores Hidalgo bell (Gto.)

Paintings and murals: On the second floor of the main court yard the artist Alfredo Zalce made some murals related with the Morelia's history and geography as well as the Michoacans economy
